NEW! 2 Waterparks/Beachfront Condo | Family Fun

The condo was recently updated and very clean. The resort seemed to do a nice job of keeping the pool/water park area clean, the day we arrived they were power washing the outdoor lazy river, but it was reopened the next day. Same thing with one of the water slides, things were only ever cleaned and for 24 hours and it was only one area at a time. Our son really enjoyed the water slides, lazy river, and splash zones.

We appreciated the cleanliness, easy check in and all the activities, pools and slides for the kids, easy access to the beach was a plus as well, we all enjoyed a great week

We chose this spot due to reviews around cleanliness. Although it was more updated then previously booking through Dunes and it felt cleaner. There was black mold dripping from the vents and the home was not cleaned wellm there was a table/cooler outside that was covered in mold outside and smelt horrible. The host said they would have the cleaner come clean the vents our 1st night and no one showed the entire trip. Comforters and sheets had stains on them. They also offer a military discount and said they would adjust the pricing but even after multiple follow ups, it still was not done and ignore afterwards. I was highly disappointed for the price we paid!

10 day stay with family of 8. Loved every minute!

We have stayed at the dunes village many times in the past but this time it was beyond beautiful because the unit was remodeled! It was super clean, smelled really good, and we very much loved our week being there! We def want to come back again!
